A little EMDR, a little CBT, and mostly talk therapy, these have drastically helped me.
Edit: Also, I feel like I should add this caveat. A big thing that has helped me is me. I chose to follow my T's advice, do the homework, do the readings, apply what I learned, eat better, exercise more, make big life changes (where I worked and who I lived with). Sitting across from someone, no matter how fantastic that T is, can't take you far at all unless you choose to make changes and do the work.
