prayer
making art but haven't done art therapy
lots of reading on my own
inner healing which is like IFS
i like more right-brained approaches as my left-brain is in overdrive. also, i'm not so much looking for behavioral change as my problems are more mood-oriented (depression). aca, (it's not just for people from alcoholic homes & i'm not from one), and prayer are where i've seen drastic changes but the others have all helped as well.
