I chose EMDR, Humanistic, and other. For other, Ego State Therapy really shook things up a lot with me and helped me make big strides. My T combines Ego State Therapy, EMDR, Lifespan Integration, and some others. But my Ego State Therapy sessions were memorable and led to a lot of change and generally changed my outlook about my own Self and my brain too.
