That stinks! Mine's been slowly working itself into a more normal schedule. I went to bed around midnight and slept until 5. That is alright for me! It was only waking up an hour early, and only staying awake for a few extra hours. It's progress! (Of course, a few nights ago I had a lovely 2.5 hour night...)
Do you stay in bed when you wake up that early?
