I set weekly goals that I believe I can accomplish (for me, the 7 days is easier to work with than daily goals). I am trying to lose weight and setting a weekly goal allows me more time to correct behavior than on a day by day basis. Goals are harder for me because once I get focused on them I tend to become manic as I work towards them ( I have bipolar disorder).
