Hi Ouch,

Did you go off your meds by yourself or did you discuss it with your doc first? Maybe it just isn't time yet to go off of them. Sometimes we need to be on them longer than we want to be. I know I would love to stop mine but I'm afraid I would start to spiral back down, so I keep taking them.
Maybe you should talk to your doc about it and see what he thinks.
