Honestly, this is one of the too many reasons I don't take anything.

long time ago I made survival guide for various unlikely situation. Answer for "what if you are in country where a revolution/rebellion breaks out" was in all seriousness "support the rebels". Things changed since, but I kinda plan to make it through whatever may happen. And I cannot comfort myself with "nothing will happen", cause things do happen.
