I have had PDNOS, not StPD, but I think all the PD’s may be isolating. Even HPD and NPD, where people are conscious of wanting attention, but in a self-absorbed way, not connecting.
I’m sorry you’re having/feeling this difficulty. It doesn’t sound like rambling to me, more like a statement of how things are for you at the moment, which even if it’s expressed in (impersonal) internet space, is a start IMHO. Best wishes.
