Worry Wart - I sort of have to disagree with you there. Suicide isn't a coward's way out, and it's not very sensitive to inform people who've been there that they're cowards. And comparing your life to someone else's by going "there's always someone who has it worse" isn't productive. All those two things do when someone hears them is make them feel worse, and guilty.
yes, there are always people who have things worse - but that doesn't invalidate how someone feels about their own life. And most of the time, we're well-aware of the fact that there isn't always something wrong with our lives but feel suicidal anyway!
Don'tKnow - that's great that you know it's only going to last a few days and then it will pass, that will hopefully make it easier to resist acting on any of the urges you might get! I'm glad that you're feeling better and rather energetic - just be really careful to not put yourself into any risky situations where you could end up getting yourself hurt. Make sure you are with friends who you trust right now, or stay at home and do things that you find relaxing or even get caught up on house chores!
