I have bipolar I with psychotic features. My prior therapist thought I had some symptoms of schizoaffective. Discussed it with my pdoc and he stands by the bipolar diagnosis - but said even if I were schizoaffective - the meds I am on treat schizoaffective symptoms. My meds are listed below.
