I doubt lowering the doses (which were already very low) would account for the symptoms you're describing; I would, however, consult your shrink about it. I'm on 30mg of abilify & have lowered my dose to 20mg in better times...no adverse effects. Any advice you'd receive here would be pure speculation so, again, talk to a pdoc.
