The wait after the interview is always the most soul destroying part of the job search process. Sometimes it can take several weeks to hear anything, so if it's only been a few business days try not to worry too much (an impossible task!).

Do you have an email address of one of the people who interviewed you? A lot of people send the "Thank you for meeting with me, if you have any further questions..." type of email a few days after the interview. If anything it shows the interviewer that you're still very interested in the position and it may put you slightly above someone else who hasn't sent a thank you email.
