It's dangerous to go off your meds by yourself; yes, the side effects of removing the meds "suddenly"/at the wrong amounts/time can be worse than the side effects when you're on them -- kind of like how you can feel good drinking but then the hangover the next day is hell. Withdrawal from any drug needs to be supervised, you could permanently injure yourself!
