Sociopaths cannot love. They cannot feel stress. They are chronically bored and bait others to relieve their boredom and admire their handiwork.
That said, DreamAddiction is right...there are degrees of sociopathy.
A person can have TRAITS of a sociopath without being a full blown sociopath.
Still pretty awful, if you ask me.
