This is a really good article for how domestic violence affects children even when they are not struck themselves. jkbob, you know what you said earlier about your children being present for the abuse. You know that they know. I sent you a personal message about my experience and how it affected me to know that my father did not love me enough to protect me and the lasting results of both the abuse and not being taken out of that situation.
