if you want to get a job, it is best to not disclose a mental disorder. if you want to mention that you are on medication (if you are) and that you need to make sure you have access to it when you need it, that would be fine to put on an application, but there is no need to explain further. it's none of their business if they ask and you don't want to tell. they can't fire you or refuse to hire you because you are taking medicine. i don't know where you live, but here in the US it's illegal to discriminate against a disability.
