I do believe in ghosts and such. For me, the way I tell is that hallucinations have no energy, as in they are like images from a projector. Spirits have an energy. Usually I don't see spirits but feel them.

I like the show Ghost Hunters on Sci-fi channel. It shows good ways to test if something is a ghost or not.
