I notice a previous post of yours about ingrown hairs down there - I am thinking it could possibly be this

Shaving does cause ingrown hairs, and they can become painful and infected. I would personally go to the Dr;s, as trying to squeeze it or remove the hair could lead to further infection and/or scarring
