There is a website (The Flylady) that helps with this. I am still struggling a lot but am becoming more aware of how procrastination affects me. There is a page on Facebook, too. There are areas I haven't explored yet or tried to implement. I do believe this will help me if I can get over being overwhelmed at what all needs to be done and giving up when I don't get everything marked of my "to do" list. You might want to look at it.
