I want to get all y'all's take on this.
Here's an image of my current mood chart. In the top graph the red line equals "mood" of dysphoria/euphoria with 1 low dysphoria and 10 high euphoria. The gray line is "elevation" or how fast I feel I'm racing. Also with 1 low and 10 high. It is pretty obvious that the lower my mood, the faster I race. This seems backwards.
I'm backwards.... what the heck.
The bottom chart shows my sleep which I normally get 6-7 hours a night, as represented by the orange bars. The Blue line is "quality of sleep," which is never great. I sleep without resting.
Any ideas? Does anyone else have backwards thing like me?
