anger is a secondary emotion... meaning that there is another feeling that is underlying. i would look closely at the situations, and maybe chart what happens. then when you aren't so angry, examine it and see if you can spot the primary emotions- frustration? guilt? hurt? and then go about seeing what you can do to change your reaction. behavior modification takes time and practice, but its do able.
