Hi Sabrina,
I just read your entire thread and can't believe how similar you are to me, I have started to see a dietician and she is slowly getting me out of the "dieting" mentality and into regular eating patterns. My main problem was exercising, I loathe it! I despise it, and it is showing. I quit my job about 9mos ago and I have become lazy and lethargic.

Someone recommended a book to me called "Thinner Next Year" for women by Chris Crowley and Henry S. Lodge, MD. This book literally changed my life and my feelings about exercise. I now try to get in about 45 to 60min daily. I am so excited to have found this book so I just wanted to share. Your local library should have it but if it is anything like ours they won't........lol. I got it off amazon for a few bucks. They have a pink book for the women and a blue book for men. Hopefully it will help you too!
Thanks for this!
