I think RectO said it all- slowly decrease the dosage (but not too slowly), eat more fibrous food (veggies, flax seeds or buy some fibre if you can't make yourself to eat more- there are artificial or natural based- zero cals) and seek out medical help if you haven't been in more than 7 days.
The trick, however, remains that stg has to go in to actually come out- preferably food. The first week is the hardest- please don't weight yourself cause there sure will be some weight gain (no, it's not fat- your body gets rehydrated and intestines filled). Plus be prepare for the bloating- change your jeans- not fitting into them was a HUGE trigger for me.
