Is this one available on Android?
I was using one called eMoods. The only thing I really don't like is the chart interface. It can't fit the whole chart itself onto the screen you have to scroll through it. Only mildly annoying, but the tracking itself is pretty extensive.
Also, it's not good for rapid cycling as it only has one track a day. But if you're not and you have more lengthy episodes it works just fine.
