I know i'm being stupid, but i didn't feel very good on them either. i had a total disconnect between my feelings and thoughts, and also, i wasn't sleeping and always felt tired (that did not change with effexor since i had that b4 too).
i just hate how i feel right now - on thurs. i'm seeing my therapist and i'll tell her (but like you, she'll probably yell at me for going off of them).

don't know what i'm doing anymore...
