I've completed approximately 10 therapy sessions to date. My T has given me homework to do which is to go away and think about how I felt at certain times in the past. I'm going to take it one step further and keep an "emotion/feeling diary" and try and be more conscious of my feelings. My husband pushes my buttons and I tend to overreact with anger so she is trying to find the feelings that are the precursors to my anger. I've been out of touch with my true feelings for so long this is a real test for me.
