Wow thanks for all the responses everyone! Journalling sounds like a good idea. I might send an email to T even though she won't check her work email while she's away, but she said I could do that and she could read my emails when she gets back before our next session. I know I get panicky and depressed when things I want to talk about build up too much so I'm gonna try and contact my friend and speak to him for a bit (though he sounds busy this week). Thanks again!
