Has anyone tried this method? Did it work for you?

I'm looking into it. The problem is I can't find a psychotherapist that's in office. Have been searching/calling since Friday and it's Tuesday. No call backs.

I was originally dx'd with major depression then escalated to bipolar and now schizophrenia. Took the sanity score quiz and tested several times for PTSD. Was wondering if anyone is going thru or has went through the same as me?

I've gained over 200lbs since on meds. Every time I switch meds it seems to work for the first year or two and then am hospitalized AGAIN.

Please if anyone can give me some insight to this I'd be very grateful.
