Getting a new diagnosis can be scary and confusing, especially if you've been seeing a psychologist for a while. What isn't scary and confusing however, is that having the proper diagnosis means that you will be receiving the appropriate care. This forum has a lot of caring people, and we all seem to have big ears (in other words we listen pretty well). Know that for the next two weeks until you are able to discuss your questions with your psychologist, we'll be here and afterward. We may not always have the answer, but we are open to listening.
Hope this helps.
