That's an odd thing for someone to say to you."I watch Homeland therefore I understand bipolar." That's like saying, I watch Grey's Anatomy, therefore I can diagnose you for surgery. >.>

I've never watched the show either, so I have no idea. But, it doesn't even matter because we all react to bipolar differently.
