Can totally relate to how you are feeling and the anger reactions. It all has to do with all the other feelings that you are not identifying that lead up to the anger outbursts. I'm guilty of the same thing. Seems like I learnt from a young age to suppress all the bad feelings like humiliation, sadness, hurt, self doubt, etc instead of acknowledging them and dealing with them. When they present as anger it's confusing because you can't understand why sometimes small triggers make you fly off the handle. I understand it now and now I have a long road ahead of me to try and be more conscious about my feelings at the time I feel them rather than disregarding them and having them all fuse together as anger. I have printed off a list of emotions to refer to since there so many and often it's hard to find the word for the feeling. Good luck and don't worry your not alone.
