Today I Felt very tired; then I felt sad (heard something on the news, which I ordinarily avoid like the plague!); then I felt very annoyed at the WEATHERMAN!

"KNOW before you go" says he...then he says..."Possibly mild flooding, maybe high winds"

How on earth do the words "Possibly and Maybe" equate with Knowing???
