There are two sections; the first whole section is "average" difficulty (based on all the people who have taken the test, what's "average" for them) and then the next section you are given is easier/harder so it's not just one question and then the next question is harder/easier; it's "type" of problem. If you can add 2 numbers okay they give you 3 but if you don't do well on 2 they ask you, "what number is this"
