I don't think it is harder/easier hankster; like you say they couldn't do it that way as you can't decide what is "harder" to an individual. It may have seemed harder to you but not to me, etc.?

I would not worry too much about vocabulary/individual words this late in the game; I would learn Latin and Greek "roots" so I could figure out some word meanings (as it is verbal "reasoning") for those I don't know. You have to figure out which word is "bigger" or opposite, etc.
