Hey all -

Feel like I'm proper spamming this thread now having just come back, sorry..

Just wanted to say I watched a documentary on BPD called 'Back from the Edge'

Its really triggering and I found it really upsetting, especially with the suicide and self hate references. But it does come good at the end and I found it really helpful and it explained me really well, better than I probably could. The people involved have reached a stage of understanding themself that I can only aspire to reach. I hope that's where therapy will get me.

I would only say if you're gonna risk watching it inspite of triggers; I'd try see it out to the end cause the first 20 minutes or so are HARD. Or just skip to like 25 mins in
