I'll add my $0.02 to everyone else's and say I'm happy she's been warned but that doesn't seem enough to me. I think at minimum they should require her to be supervised herself (instead of supervising) whenever she sees a patient; at maximum she should go find another career that she might actually be good at.

Being BPD is hard enough without having to go through nonsense like this on top of it!!
