well i got four stitches on my wrist. I am having trouble controlling my emotions. I scsred my friend half to death. I also feel so alone in this world. I dont know why. I also been feeling like i have a disease and no one wants to hug me or hold my hand. Why cant i stop cutting? I told my friend that i wont cut again. but will i be able to keep this? I guess what i am asking is suggestions on how to get your feelings out and releif from the pain inside without cutting? What works? I want to stop cutting. i cant keep making up excuses in the ER on how i got these scars. Any advice?
