Rhi, I dont have a T. Im going to look into it though. My pdoc is only for medicine apperently. I need therapy just as much as meds. Hopefully, I can find one quickly.
Muggle, my GP wont write out any psych meds. I think its because of the stricter prescription laws we have now. All I know is, that its going to be a very long month. Im not functioning very well. I cant go out of my house. And for the last 2 days, Ive not left my room.except to use the restroom. Everything is triggering my panic attacks. My head will not stop hurting and my neck muscels are sore from being tense. It very hard right now : (
