Has anyone here been in the foster care system in the UK, and chosen to read their notes?
I was fostered from the age of 13-18, and am now 33. Since the age of about 28 i have been curious about my 'notes' (if thats what you call them) that are held by Social Services about that time in my life.

It was a very traumatic time in my life, but i cannot remember very much about it.

Has anyone been through this?
