Hi Evening, I think that before your time of month, or during you should surround yourself with friends and family. Do things that make you happy, and excited, also exercise and eat healthy, like less sugar and salt etc. Also you don't have to be embarrassed, and I think you should maybe see a female doctor or have a trusted friend go with you to the doctor. I would suggest just keeping your mind clear be outside, get rest.You don't have to resort to med, many times they are not reliable. Good Luck
