I just started on lithium today. I've tried it before but in a higher dose, which didn't work out for me; I got "every" side effect in the book. Hopefully this lighter dose does something without making me shake like an alarm clock or feel like I've drank 10 gallons of water. I won't even be taking enough to warrant check-up blood tests.
I'm also taking it for a nos mood disorder too, so I'm not sure if it's really common if just treating generalized/social anxieties etc., but it helps with both.
