Sorry that you are going through this.
When I was younger (in my 20's-30's) the hormone shifts were brutal, making all my psych issues go to the extremes. Lots of hospitalizations etc. My gyno tried different hormone therapies. After exhausting the different dosages/types of hormones with no results, I had a radical hysterectomy about 5 yrs ago .. nothing left, not even my cervix. Took a few months of going through the night sweats. but then things calmed down dramatically. I am 43 now, had only 2 hospitalizations since. I am not on any hormone therapy, a lot of women do after a hysterectomy. But considering that my hormones where making things so much more difficult, doc and I decided to forgo them.
Well, that's how I dealt with it.
