Sorry this is a hard subject for you to speak with your doctor - would getting a female doctor make it easier to talk about. I have a female doctor for that reason. There's PMS and then Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder ...here's an article from PC and another one. Please do see what kind of help there is to get relief......its a real issue for many women.
