What med are you on? When I was on abilify it was really messing with me. I was always rocking, tapping, fidgeting, etc. I just couldn't stop. It was to the point other people obviously noticed and asking what the hell was wrong with me. And then I'd have these freaky episodes where I had to stretch my arms and legs out straight and hold on for dear life (happened even during driving, which was scary.) Felt like some sort of heart attack or panic attack, but it was the abilify.

I was only on the very lowest dose and only for 2 weeks. I had to stop it right away.
