Hey Mike, wanted to see how things are going for you. It's been some time now. I've not been on PC as I have been busy with settlement which I believe has officially ended. I'm not even sure of that because there is active restraining order. Untill that expires I think my case remains open.
I have nothing to say that will encourage you. I can advise you on the pit falls, the set ups, and the generally low tactics of the opposition and of the court itself if needed.
what's your current status if you will share....are you getting the advice of an attorney or actual representation? If you don't have one who is actively fighting for you in court, get one. Please. Tom
