I say... see them both and see who you like more. You do not need your records to see the new guy. It's good to have a new set of eyes look at your situation.

Ask the new guy his policies for emergency appts, will he do med changed by phone? his refill policies, etc etc.

Oh and your Old Pdoc knowing your T personally should not matter at all...

Just pick which one you like better
