Freaking killer vegan chocolate ganash. KILLER. The vegan/gluten free chocolate cupcakes are really good, and my peanut butter filling is spot on. Top the things off with that ganash and you have cupcakes that are damn near better than sex. My daughter says the orange cream-sickle ones are quite good as well. To hell with the rest of the food, I can die now. lol.

Still pouring out. I have to clean the bathroom and shower, and I will be able to relax until 4 when company starts arriving.

My son brought home some steamers to add to the menu. I hate throwing living creatures in boiling water, but there is no other way. I will just have to disappear when he does his thing. Poor little clams.
