It's so heartbreaking to me to know what you are going through. I can only imagine the pain this is causing both of you and the rest of your family. I'm so sorry that it's all come down to this.

After saying that, I truly believe that things happen for a reason and that there is a higher power at work here. I know that you both have your grandson's best interests at heart and only want him to know that he is loved and cared for and brought up in the best possible way. I pray that this situation is exactly the best thing for him. I know you will always have him in your heart and hopefully, someday, he will know and understand that. We don't know what the future brings, but living in love can only bring good things.
