There is a movement around here (possibly it is going across the country or possibly even it has swept the country and hit here last) to incorporate bugs into diet. Thursday we tried grasshopper tacos - which I did not find bad, although the texture took a bit of getting used to in a soft taco for me. The taste was mostly of salsa. At this evening's gathering we are supposed to be trying some sort of ant dish and cricket meatballs.
