IS getting the best of you if you can't get out of bed. "Riding it out" is "giving in." Start by doing some simple exercises while you're in bed, to help wake up. Do some yoga, do get the energy moving. Then work on getting out of bed.
You don't have to leave home, or even get dressed--but
please get up ...
then you'll know you are in control of your mental illness!!
